Where are you based?
Mystic Art Glitters is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We are an online only store. 

What type of glitter do you sell?
Our glitters are all polyester/pet unless otherwise stated. We sell holographic, colour shifting, glow in the dark, biodegradable, unique glitter mixes and more.

Are your glitters safe for skin?
Yes our glitter is safe to use on your skin, however we recommend taking caution when using around the eye area. The safety of our customers is very important to us, so we only sell high-quality, non-toxic glitter. 

What is your turnaround time and what carrier do you use?

Are your glitter bags resealable?
Yes.

How much glitter is in your jars?
Our glitter is measured by weight. Meaning a 50gm jar contains 50 grams of glitter plus the weight of the jar.
Note some glitters are heavier or more dense than other lighter fluffier glitters, so it may appear the amounts vary in each jar. But as they are measured by weight you are guaranteed to receive the selected amount.

I have a discount code or gift voucher, where can I enter this code?
When you reach the checkout page there is a section for a discount code. Simply type in your code and hit apply.

Can I use more than one coupon or discount?
No, only one coupon or discount can be used at a time. Free shipping, however, can be combined with other discounts.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes we offer gift cards in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200 denominations.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale glitter?
Yes for some select glitters. Bulk pricing is listed on the product page and can simply be added to your cart.
