Refund policy

At Mystic Art Glitters we pride ourselves on ensuring you receive our products quickly and well packaged. However if you do receive your order and the products do not meet your expectations we request you reach out to us by emailing support@mysticartglitters.com.au or via our contact form www.mysticartglitters.com.au/pages/contact-us
We will instruct you on how and where to send your package.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them, unopened and unused, and in their original packaging. 

Please note: Our original delivery charges are non-refundable and you are expected to ship the product back to us at your own cost, unless the product was found faulty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We offer full refunds for faulty products, incorrect product delivered, or change of mind. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
